This is a vintage 1970's "Running Ghost" ceramic figure with a hole for a candle.
Many of these were handmade in ceramic studios - this one is marked RK I believe.
Crazing throughout surface is indicative of age. Very thin small cracks at based (see last photo). Hand painted face and hands.

Measurements: about 12" tall and weighs about 2 lbs.
I put an orange candle in its holder to show size. Does not include candle.
