This is a vintage 1970's "Running Ghost" ceramic figure with a hole for a candle.

Many of these were handmade in ceramic studios - this one is marked “J. Brink 5-74”

Crazing throughout surface indicative of age. Very small chip out of candle holder opening. Painted black eyes, nose and mouth.
