This is a vintage 1970's "Running Ghost" ceramic figure.
Many of these were handmade in ceramic studios - this one has no identifying markings.
It seems to be missing the original pumpkin - Jack 0'Lantern - but I have included this plastic candy pumpkin as a replacement. The candy holder is marked "1995 Spearhead Ind., Inc.". You could also place a votive candle in his hands.
The eyes and mouth are cutout. No visible signs of cracking or crazing.

Measurements: about 12" tall and weighs about 2 lbs.
